Make yummy coconut flour pancakes that are gluten free and dairy free-(if you skip cute heart butter.) These really are tasty and healthy! Coconut flour is an excellent source of fiber. It absorbs liquids much more rapidly. Use less flour or add more water or milk to your recipe, if the batter is too thick.
