I'm a hat and ear-muff girl in Winter. My Dollar Store hats needed some dolling up. I love no-sew projects and this one is super simple!!!!
How-to
Use a thrift store top to cut strips of fabric from. Roll the cut strips into a spiral.
Hot glue spiral to your hat.
