Bike baskets are practical and add that vintage style to your ride. My bike didn't come with a basket, so I bought one at my local bike shop. I decided to brightened the plain wicker with a coat of white spray paint and a DIY basket liner.
Cut straight across below the arm pit of a tank top, turn inside out, machine stitch across where you cut to close the end. Then stitch in some elastic around the inside of the opening (which is the bottom of the tank top).
