home made gluten free chocolate ice-cream

how to make ice cream with a Ninja food processor
This is a delicious, ice-cream that you can make with 5 ingredients. It's also a great recipe to use, if you have ripe bananas that you want to freeze and use later, and it's gluten free!
Ingredients:
two frozen bananas-peel before freezing
4 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons gf chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon gf cocoa- you can also add/or top with chocolate chips
2 tablespoons sugar-you can add less to your taste
How-to:
Peel two bananas, wrap them in waxed paper, and freeze overnight. Break frozen bananas into pieces and carefully place into smallest container of your Ninja food processor. Pulse a few times, pause and when machine is fully stopped, use a spoon or spatula to push ingredients away from sides. Repeat this process this several times, until your banana is completely minced. Add the rest of your ingredients and pulse until ice-cream is looking blended and smooth just like soft serve.

Make sure to peel bananas, wrap with waxed paper, and freeze overnight.
This is the small container for my Ninja food processor.
You can also try using a blender for this recipe!
My ice-cream came out so smooth. My husband loved it too! We couldn't resist adding a little more chocolate syrup. You can also add chocolate chips!

This recipe was inspired by Nicky's soft serve chocolate peanut butter ice-cream at the Pink Recipe Box.
I'm joining up at these lovely link parties.
